The Lakes Ice Skating Rink at Night

The Lakes Shopping Center has a skating rink during the holidays. It has pretty lights and decorations. We were there last night and although tempted to ice skate, it was too cold! That didn't deter others, though.

Rock Stacking Near the Reservoir

When we took a midday hike on Thanksgiving Day up the trail which leads to the Westlake Reservoir, we chanced upon Michael O'Conner from Agoura Hills creating "rock stacks". They are beautiful rock "sculptures", if you will, that rely on each rock's shape and weight to be sustained.
